Our efforts span across various regions, with a strong focus on underserved communities in Bihar. From rural villages to urban areas, we have been able to touch the lives of thousands of people, helping them build a better future for themselves and their families. Our reach is not just limited to specific projects but extends to creating a long-term impact on the environment, economy, and overall well-being of those we serve.
Through a wide range of initiatives, we've managed to reach out to over 5,000+ beneficiaries so far. After all, every program we run—whether it’s focused on skill development, youth empowerment, women’s initiatives, or agriculture—aims to foster self-reliance and create sustainable growth.
Our women-focused programs, like Swawalamban (self-reliance) and Samriddhi (economic growth), have empowered countless women to become financially independent. These initiatives have not only provided training and resources but have also created a network of support through Joint Liability Groups. By encouraging women to come together and share responsibility, we have seen stronger communities emerge.
We’re committed to shaping the leaders of tomorrow. Through our Hunar, Saksham, and Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP), we have helped hundreds of young individuals gain skills and confidence. Therefore, these programs are designed to equip youth with both practical skills and life skills—ensuring that they are ready to take on any challenges life throws their way.
When it comes to agriculture, our focus is on making a positive impact on the environment while helping farmers increase their productivity. From sustainable farming techniques to water conservation and organic cultivation, we have introduced farmers to eco-friendly practices that not only boost their yields but also protect the planet.
